The 'brothero-salafism' like that of the Imam of Bleuets attracts young people into a disciplined Salafism without playing the game of the Wahhabis, who would depoliticize them too much. This Islamization focuses on political and societal themes... The fight against Islamophobia, a brilliant Brotherist strategy aimed at discrediting any criticism of Islamism and, I emphasize, also re-educating and raising awareness of Islam among non-Muslims, is at the core of this movement."

"How will we be able to talk about these issues in our post-truth era, at a time when even universities and major scientific institutions boycott, or even exclude, those who simply want to understand and explain? I live in an academic environment influenced by the far left and blind wokism, which for thirty or forty years has claimed that if you mention the Muslim Brotherhood in Europe, it's only because you want to divert attention from socio-economic problems, and that you're essentially racist and Islamophobic, which justifies silencing you..."

"Against a low-intensity war, we must equip citizens with the intellectual and legal means to defend themselves from indoctrination and aggression in their homes, schools, and workplaces. 'Aren't we at risk of a witch hunt?' I'm often asked. It's a legitimate question. We must be scrupulous and fair, but we cannot remain in denial and do nothing."

"My career is stalled, with 'alerts' being raised against me internally. Disagreement is normal, but there's no debate, and that’s what I suffer from the most. My book was published in Denmark in June and sparked public debate. It’s coming out in Germany, where there is strong interest. In Sweden, where my book will also be published, the media is starting to take an interest in these accusations of Islamophobia used to silence researchers. In France, I was awarded the Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur, for which I'm very grateful. But, on the other hand, I am forced to give lectures in universities and research centers abroad..."
